✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Books can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the book must be:

• In its original condition (unused, unmarked, and unsoiled).

• With its original packaging (if applicable).

• Returns are accepted only if the product is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective / misprinted

• Wrong title received

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• E-books, audiobooks, and other digital products

• Books purchased during clearance or final sale

• Books with personal notes, highlighting, or obvious signs of use

🔄 Return Process

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting pictures (if damaged/defective).

3. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund/replacement.

💰 Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

📦 Exchange Option

• If you prefer, we can replace the book (subject to stock availability) instead of issuing a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective book), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping
